My good friend is going through an extremely painful breakup. It was a long-term relationship, they lived together, they built a life together, she envisioned their future together, and he ended it very abruptly. Loosen my grip… I came here once and you comforted me You told me to let go “Loosen your grip and let go.” And I listened because I couldn’t not because I missed you because I trust you   I’m still right here Learning to be only here Now, you say,     “Let go more than you ever thought you could     and then let go some more.”
